Kevin Woodall

Since 1995, Kevin Woodall has been practicing law and successfully representing clients. After graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law (magna cum laude), Mr. Woodall served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and represented service members in numerous jury and bench trials (courts-martial) and administrative board proceedings.

While in the Navy, Mr. Woodall also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of California, where he successfully represented the Navy during multiple federal court trials involving various employment issues, including discrimination and retaliation. Mr. Woodall received letters of commendation and a Navy Achievement Medal prior to his honorable discharge from the Navy in 1999.

Mr. Woodall then entered private practice where he specialized in labor and employment matters. After working at a reputable boutique firm in San Francisco, Mr. Woodall was Senior Counsel and Partner in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Labor and Employment Practice Group from 2000 until 2010.

During this period of time, Mr. Woodall handled hundreds of cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, protected leaves of absence violations and various other matters.

Mr. Woodall represented clients in numerous individual and complex matters, such as wage and hour class actions, consumer class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act actions.

In 2010, Mr. Woodall founded Woodall Law Offices to advocate on behalf of employees who have suffered wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, unlawful harassment, background check violations, and many other employment issues. Mr. Woodall also represents clients in personal injury and general litigation matters.

On a personal note, Mr. Woodall enjoys playing golf, spending time with his wife and two dogs, watching sporting events of his alma mater, Florida State University, and traveling to fascinating destinations around the world.
